Firmground Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Firmground ("Firmground," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit [firmgroundhealth.com] (the "Site"). This policy covers our marketing website only. It does not cover any Firmground product, application, or service you may separately access, which may be governed by its own privacy terms.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of information when you interact with the Site:
- Contact Information. Name, email address, and any other details you provide when you fill out a form, subscribe to our newsletter, or contact us (e.g., phone number, if requested).
- Interest Categories. Topics you select yourself (e.g., via checkboxes) to indicate what you're interested in hearing about from us.
- Usage and Analytics Information. Information about how you interact with the Site, such as pages visited, time on page, browser type, device type, and general location (city/region level), collected through IONOS's built-in website analytics and Google Analytics.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:

- Understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it

3. How We Share Your Information
Current sharing. We currently use IONOS to host our website and to store and manage contact information and send communications. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the Site. These providers process your information on our behalf and are contractually restricted from using it for their own purposes, subject to their own privacy policies (see Google's Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy).
Future sharing. As Firmground grows, we may share your information with additional third parties to support business development, marketing, and customer relationship management. When we finalize these relationships, we will update this policy to identify the parties involved and the purposes of sharing, and we will provide notice consistent with applicable law before any material change takes effect.
We do not sell your personal information for money, and we do not currently enable Google Signals or other Google Analytics advertising/remarketing features. If we enable those features in the future, or otherwise share personal information with third parties for advertising purposes, this may be considered a "sale" or "share" of personal information under certain state privacy laws (such as the CCPA/CPRA). In that case, we will update this policy and add an opt-out mechanism, such as a "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" link.
